The label matters because a garment can be visually approved while measurements, materials, or construction remain open. Order Purpose

Launch orders, test orders, repeat orders, and scale-up orders create different risks. A first launch may need more verification; a repeat order may depend on preserved pattern and BOM records; a scale-up may require renewed capacity and material-lot review.
