Bulk is released only after open decisions around fabric, lining, trims, color, fit, decoration, labels, and packing are resolved.

Tech packs, artwork, reference samples, unreleased collection information, material directions, and project files can be handled under agreed confidentiality procedures. Access should be limited to relevant development, sourcing, sample, production, and quality teams. Brand-specific files should not be used for unrelated promotion or shared outside the approved project route. NDA requirements can be reviewed before detailed design files or original samples are transferred.
